Men's Involvement in Family Planning changing attitude of family towards women in family business
This study examines the level of knowledge, attitude and practice of family planning among men. The study revealed that men have relatively considerable knowledge and encouraging positive attitude towards female family planning methods than male family planning methods. Female family planning methods were the most commonly used methods than male family planning methods. The gap between knowledge and practice of male family planning methods was very wide. moreover, future prevalence and practice of male methods seemed to be low. As Men’s educational level and income increases, their participation of using family planning methods also increases. Men having some kind of job practiced male methods higher than those without job. The study implies that higher level of education, access to job opportunities and income play a great role in increasing men’s participation in family planning.

Keeping in mind this, present research was conducted to know the adolescent's attitude towards Family Planning & Birth Control (FPBC).

The Roles of women in family businesses and the challenges and opportunities they face in relations to these roles in the family businesses have been explored in this research. Although women are accepted very important players, yet the roles of women are not frequently well-defined. The thesis explores roles of women who play an important role in family firms and challenges and opportunities they have within the Family Businesses in Pakistan and Bangladesh. The purpose of this research is to explore what roles women in family business in Bangladesh and Pakistan have, and challenges and the opportunities they face in relation to these roles. A qualitative approach was used to accomplish the purpose of this thesis. E-mail interview questionnaires from the participants were filled to gather information regarding the roles they play in the family business and the challenges and opportunities they have in the family business. Gender and the succession issue have a central role to play in the women participation in the family business. These factors along with invisibility issue are viewed as main challenges faced by women in the family businesses.

Researchers have proposed that founder leadership has an overshadowing affect on subsequent generations in the family business and is central to the formation of organizational culture. The issue of successor leadership is complex because this individual may not have the same motivation for entering the business as the founder before him.
